Mouette refers to an umbrella I made by recollecting seagul feathers on the street. This project was about creating an object through a selected material which should be recycled so I choosed feathers. I started to experiment with them, studying every little detail about their reaction with the use of fire, ice, bleach, etc. But one day, while I was cleaning them I realized they were difficult to get wet so the umbrella's idea appeared to my mind. With the help of plastic bags, I placed them all together so I could sew. Then the plastic was retired and the structure became well strecthed.
